AI just like a friend for everyone these days. Asking simple question, cooking recipes, even sharing about our day, AI is the place we go to. AI bloated too much in our life, they has a positive and negative for world if i can say, but i like to talk the positive side of AI. In the world of language of learning, AI is absolute game changer, before we have application based on AI, language apps is a just simple as that, everyone got the exact lessons. AI came with our style, they is matching the way we learn, focussing on our weaknesses instead of wasting time on something we already know. To know what application AI based is and is it sustainable for langauge learning, i will break down one by one what is inside the Talkpal.
As far as i use Talkpal, For the Relevance, I do agree with Strong connection between app's purpose and learning, because the systems contains all aspects of English skills, Talkpal give instan feedback after we speak or write, the feedback its not just "true or false" but they give advice of which word or thing that you spelled wrong. Talkpal have a lot features, they have chat with AI teacher, call mode to boost our spreaking proficiency, sntence mode to build our skills by learning basics, roleplays even debate, and there is still a lot of features we can try, that's why Talkpal is perfect for thinking skills. Talkpal also an application with ease to use, i found there is no difference between other app. we can choose which level we are when use Talkpal, since they made it matching with our style i think student got highly motivated to use this app. Student performance records and products are saved, without starting from the beginning and just continue to the next tasks but we cannot share our progress. we can access Talkpal on all mobile phone Android or iOS, While the free version is a great entry point, it has a daily usage limit. The Premium subscription unlocks unlimited access.

Applying Talkpal to ELT is a great idea, with so many features we can bring this application to the classroom. Teacher can use blend learning methods, using Roleplays or Debates as homework to practice real-life conversations better tha practicing alone. Sentence mode can be used as a warm up for beginners to improve their grammar before meet complex speaking tasks.
The impact and advantages are by providing instant and simple feedback, it will build a mindset that student learn from the specific spelling or grammar error in a real time. using various mode such as call, chat, roleplay, or debate reduces a foreign language anxiety because they practice in low stakes before perfoming with their peers.
Even though they have a lot of strengths, Talkpal has limitations, cannot share our progress is also the weakness from Talkpal. Other than that Talkpal cost quite expensive around 700ish/year.
Talkpal is mastering in speaking and listening proficiency, especially when we use call or debates mode. it is also improving our grammar or vocabulary through sentence mode. writing through chat.
Despite there are so many application we can use for learning English, learning through classroom is still important, using application is to enhance our skills with a fun side so we can't get bored esealy.
